  • Materials we use.
    All the items are completely handsculpted with polymer clay, it's a plastic like material. All the findings used in the jewelry such as hooks, studs, chains are high quality 316L Stainless Surgical Steel, cadmium and nickel free, save for sensitive skins. :) Other common materials used, are ceramic, wood and resin.
  • Item Details
    Images The pictures are taken with a standard fork size to get an idea of the measurements of the jewelry, all items have the specific size description in each listing. Size In every listing the size is described, and overall all the items go from 3/4" to 1" in size, if you're looking for another measurement send us a message to work on a custm order. Durability Our items are totally handmade and they aren't toys, everything it's breakable so we expect you to use it normally and not testing the products till the breaking point.   • Shipping your Order
    I ship worldwide from Mexico with Standard International Shipping. Recently all my items are made to order, depending on the stock available in certain items your order can take - 1 to 2 weeks to be finished-, sometimes more if it is a custom made piece. Depending on the amount of items we pack them various charms in handmade boxes, (if you want every item to have an individual box plese let us know in a note to seller), all the boxes are protected with a hard cardboard box. We also will provide a traking number and the website link, where you can keep track of your order. If you have doubts about your order, send us a mail to We will resolve your case immediately.
  • Shipping Times
    Important!!! International Shipping takes a minimum of 3 to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. *Weekends and festive days do not count* We also have Priority and Express Shipping, choose the option on checkout. Please note that Priority or Express Shipping services will speed out the shipping time, however it doesn't prioritize your order production. We don't offer *Prioritize my order* service, all orders are finished in the order they are queued and we thank your patience. May 2022 Update! Due to the Pandemic, plenty countries have implemented restrictions, so for certain countries I'm not longer shipping with standard option. Note:*Special Exception to Canada*, their postal service do not offer tracking on international standard shipping, and sometimes the shipping times might take longer, in some occasions up to 8 weeks, just please have into consideration.   • Refund Policies
    Our mission is to provide you the best service, so we Do Accept Refunds only in this 3 cases. - If the item isn't what you order- If the item it's broken.- the item never arrived In case of a wroken item, We give you 7 working days passing the delivery day, to reclaim and provide us with evidence to make it right. We will offer you a solution. Have in count that with the tracking code, we constantly trace the packages and we notice if the items have arrived. *There's no returns or exchanges available in handmade items Cancellations!!! If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to the *same day* you submitted your order (24 hour window) to receive a refund, doesn't apply on custom orders. *You cannot cancel and order if it was already marked as shipped.

    No Wholesales! Andisa Charms does not offer "Wholesale" orders, as a one person handmade businessI cannot offer big discounts or bulk orders for resellers. Each item is handcrafted with lots of care and love for details, please consider this before asking for wholesales. Discounts I do offer discounts as coupon codes in special occasions like anniversaries, seasonal events, special launchings, etc. You can know when I'm having a coupon code by following me on my official social media accounts or subscribing to my mailing list.
